DataShield Lighthouse v0.8.2

You can't govern agents you can't count

Lighthouse counts, signs, and patches your fleet — with DELS-signed licenses and heartbeat-verified state.

Agent sprawl is a counting problem before it's a security problem: 56% of CISOs say they can't count their non-human identities. Lighthouse makes fleet state something you can verify, not estimate.

Signed, verifiable fleet state The Lighthouse hub tracks heartbeats, signs licenses and patches for every Guardian-run site; a slot with no heartbeat is flagged as an unlicensed dark instance, and fleet state itself lands in the evidence chain. LIGHTHOUSE Heartbeat registry DELS license plane signed · tiered Build-patch distribution heartbeat + telemetry SITE A Guardian services last seen 14s SITE B Guardian services last seen 9s SITE C Guardian services last seen 31s signed patch command queue ? no heartbeat — unlicensed/dark license_check → signature VALID EVIDENCE LANE Ed25519 checkpoint verify_chain → VALID fleet state = evidence

AI agent fleet management with heartbeat-verified state

Every deployment runs a Guardian that heartbeats into Lighthouse with service telemetry — last seen 14s, not a spreadsheet updated last quarter. An instance that stops heartbeating shows up as dark, immediately, instead of quietly running an old build with an expired license.

Fleet events land in the same hash-chained evidence plane as everything else in the stack, so fleet state is provable to an auditor, not just visible on a dashboard. Verify a sample chain.

DELS-signed licensing, patch distribution, and the answer to agent sprawl

DELS signed licensing

Licenses are Ed25519-signed and tiered under the DELS scheme. Any instance's license can be checked cryptographically — license_check returns a signature verdict, not a lookup in a mutable table.

Controlled build and patch distribution

Builds and patches are distributed from Lighthouse, signed, through a remote command queue — so you know which version every site runs and can prove how it got there.

Guardian roll-up, 8 MCP tools

Each site's Guardian reports up: fleet status, instance detail, patch status, and Guardian health are exposed through 8 MCP tools, so your own agents and dashboards can query fleet state the same governed way they query data.
