Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (Demo Center) — v1

This Agreement is between MyOrg.ai ("Discloser") and the individual identified above, on behalf of themselves and their organization ("Recipient"), effective on acceptance.

1. Confidential Information. The demonstrations, mechanisms, designs, performance characteristics, roadmaps, and pricing shown in the Demo Center, and any materials derived from them, are Confidential Information of MyOrg.ai. Information Recipient discloses in connection with evaluation (requirements, architecture, feedback) is Confidential Information of Recipient.

2. Obligations. Each party will use the other's Confidential Information solely to evaluate a potential business relationship, protect it with at least reasonable care, and not disclose it to third parties except to employees and advisers with a need to know who are bound by obligations at least as protective.

3. Exclusions. Information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, was lawfully known before disclosure, is independently developed, or is lawfully received from a third party is not Confidential Information. Disclosures compelled by law are permitted with prompt notice where lawful.

4. Term. Obligations run for three (3) years from acceptance. No license or other rights are granted by disclosure. Either party may terminate on notice; obligations survive as to information already disclosed.

5. Acceptance. Checking the box and submitting this form records your name, email, company, and a timestamp as your electronic signature to this Agreement.
